who would even buy that crap?

it all looks like trash...
Me! I LOVE my Game King! It's absolutely awesome. Ever played Mario or Bomberman with only 48*32 pixels? Most of the games are fun, challenging, and the device is nice. Only problem is that the sound can't be turned off.
Anyone knows where I can get a POP Station and a NeoDoublewhatever?

Check this Game King Fansite out. The cheese factor really makes me want to pick one of these up. A far cry from Gp2x development, but somehow I think I might have better luck getting into coding with it.

Have you seen his other site?
http://grandtheftendo.com/

A NES version of GTA3, it should hopefully play on our GP2Xs! This guy is genius

SO, who's up for making a Gameking emulator for the GP32/GP2X? It would have to run at full speed at least, hehe.

And that Brian whatsisname has to be one of the craziest homebrew h/w hackers I've ever seen, awesome stuff!

I don't remember what I payed for it when I got it from GBAX.com ... It was a lot because I used a weird payment method etc.
You can still get them from http://gp32z.com/other.html . You can also get a Game King 2 which has a beautiful PSP rip off design and a backlight.

I've seen that before, but I never noticed this before:

written entirely in 6502 Assembly Language!

But then I guess that's the way it has to be done.

I think that would be one of the funniest things ever. It would be nice to see someone turn the tables on the HK knock-off companies out there.
