Hi-score

I know it's early days but I'd love to see Hi-Score support added at some time. Maybe one file to hold all scores rather than many like in Mame. Also a GUI listing all available roms would be nice but as mentioned work on the most important parts first. Looking forward to when the next version is released.

And ability to set default (ie 156mhz, fs 2).

Default settings for all games would be very handy but screenshots may use up valuable space which could be used for more roms but still a nice idea.
