    Wow New Versions to Try?
    Thank you.

The most Bottleneck on my older Tests where not more the Grafics.
The most Bottleneck where the low Memory on the Pandoras.

I am Glat to test your new Versions soon on my Ghz Pandora :D

OOlite at least looks like it needs a swapfile to run reliably. Maybe it can be made to run with lower graphical settings without swap, but I can't even reliably load a commander without swap now, and I assume that doesn't preload textures and bumpmaps and things until you launch from the space station, judging by the load times.

Edit: it does seem to load some graphics at load time, because on switching graphics in the game options within the space station (press 2 or F2) it does load something. There's something further that happens that's very dependent on graphics settings when you launch from the station too, probably loading textures for the planet and the space station, and positioning ships throughout the solar system, but it also has a lot of stuff to do when switching graphics settings - preloading shaders perhaps.

I have added a 3rd pnd to the test. The reference is in the earlier post with the other 2 pnd.
The new pnd is a jre9 "client" build. Seems less memory hungry, but I'm not completly sure, so this need testing...

So, no one tested any of the 3 version of the Launcher? No feedback at all?

I will test at some point too. My game time lately has been limited to quick pick up sessions of Hydra Castle Labyrinth and Boson-X.

Mmmm, java7 is deprecated :( so I guess they finaly removed Java7 support in Minecraft.

I'll probably need to build a newer java9 sdk, but that's quite a pain. Need to debug this unsupported thingy with Java9.

And there is no Java8 with Hotspot for armel (only for armhf).

(both Java7 and Java9 should work with earlier version of minecraft)

a Mix of both start the Game but i cannot log into my Servers.

-downloaded the Files with Version with JDK7
-startet the Game with Jre9 normal Version not the Client Version.
    -started a new Game

I think when you can fix that connection Problem with Java9 then it can work :)

    snapshot.jpg

    EDIT:
No visible Errors more with Enchantet Items.....yay :D

    EditEdit:
with the Server "outside of the Pandora" it would be run as client very good.
Have a Memory comsumption of around 240 MB only with lowest Settings

So, I have updated both Java9 client and server package with an updated version. I also updated with latest gl4es. There are in the same link. Also, I removed debug info, so the packages are back to a more reasonable size.

Both version seems to work now, not sure if I should push the client or the server version to the repo.

    Any feedback is welcome!

(I have just noticed that OptiFine auto installation is broken... I'll work on that)
    --- Double Post Merged, Feb 10, 2018, Original Post Date: Feb 10, 2018 ---
I have re-uploaded both client and server Java9 version (still same link).

I have fixed the OptiFine auto-launch issue. Unfortunatly, current version of OptiFine doesn't seems to be compatible with Java9.

I have also added some certificates, so it should download all stuff now.

*EDIT* Also, I changed the default params, so you may want to remove appdata/minecraft/home/.params to get the new default (unless you already fined-tune it).

@ingoreis : so it's still missing a certificate. I need the certificate, or at least the adress where it tries to connect so I can try to get the certificate (use PaleMoon, connect to site and Export the certificate from here), so I can add the certificate to the cacerts of the new Java9 distrib...

I don't know. There is nothing in the trace... some Wireshark may help, but that's not easy to do.
