My advice would be pick one you like the most yourself and see yourself working on the next three years and stick with that one. Somehow you seem a bit unfocussed. That said I really really like your work and hope nail becomes reality!

@CandidStan: Part of my style i guess.
You can still check out my other stuff , not everything i do is all Square nose and small eyes.
http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/967567 Those are really old though.
Now i only use traditional drawing for sketching.

@rlyeh: Yeah i finished a few ... back in my Game Factory days And Rpg maker days.
With all the computers that i lost and all the reformating i have done,
None of them you can't find.
But i'm good at finishing projects.
i have a total of 35 songs done, 6 animations, tons of drawings, etc etc. so don't worry.
For the programming language , it's going to be the coders choice.

@Bosbeetle: That's the problem, i like em all equally.
The thing is I AM willing to work alot on those.
Problem is: Not every programmer wants to spend that much time on a game.

anyway... i hope all of em becomes reality. ^^

@Mr.Gonzo

Ok, I'd like to code that 1st or 3rd mockup. I know your artwork is far from being finished, but meanwhile why not working together. We'll have to see how good or bad we both work together, right?

In case your interested, I've been coding computers since 1984, handhelds since 2003, and I'm the game industry since 2006 (DS, Wii). I know about 23 programming languages although I use C++ the most.

Got a deal?

Btw, I have some old ideas/mockups of mine too, with unfinished artwork.
Maybe you're the artist I've been always looking for! ;-)
xD

Mr.Gonzo, rlyeh is a realy good dev on GP2x plateforme. He has done a realy good job doing some library to access directly to the hardware.

Just the simple trailer (Which was awesome btw) for Nails Adventure sold me the game. If you can get the same eerie feeling of the trailer into the game I'd buy it tomorow :)

Hey these look like really nice mockups! I just wanted to let you know that you might be interested in the work of Florian (oneup) from 72dpiarmy.com .. he made this "puit" game that sort of turned into a pixel-shooter engine, and maybe you could get some playable levels up and running pretty easily, with your graphics and his engine .. Check it out if you're interested - it certainly seems to me that Nails (my favourite pick) could be implemented fairly easily with the puit engine, anyway ..

Damn this is the first time I have to prove I'm worthy xD

Wow, that's impressive!

We all have to prove ourselves at least one time in our lives aha.
Well i would be glad to work with you.
But right now im working with Iprice to try to bring ZOMB'D to reality.

Well if you can read a little about Nail Adventure ...and try to figure out something like an engine... while i work Doing ZOMD'D stuff.
I could Probably send you Some Sample Tiles and Running and jumping animations of nail.

If you have ANY questions or other, PM me i'll be glad to answer!

Don't trust Rlyeh! F-Day never happened!!!!!! :p

Just kidding though, rlyeh is an awesome dev (as seen by now)

It's great to have him back in these forums again xD
