I've been having some problems with the visual file manager on the pandora, I can open up the root directory and browse for a bit, but after using it for a minute or so it just freezes up, refusing to let you click on anything. I can get by just fine with the terminal, but I'm curious whether someone else has had this issue, and if there's something I managed to misconfigure.

try the others file manager available :

Follow sebt3's suggestion. This issue seemingly came about with Hotfix 5, and seems (at least for me) to coincide with when the bug occurs that causes the system to refuse to launch PNDs. Rebooting tends to fix it for me, so I haven't started using another file manager yet.

I'm sorry about that regression. I have a newer pnd_run.sh in brewing. I should come up with a fixed version in a few days

No worries! I've come across far worse bugs with other hardware (I was a launch-day adopter of the Tiger Game.com once, and that had bugs that I gather were never resolved at all... ), so I'm happy to live with this for now. I look forward to seeing the fixed version. :)

I experience something similar, but only when in 'Detailed List' view - when I switch to 'Compact List' everything works fine.
