Skeen, yep were in a bubble that have committed to buy a product hence why we justify our purchases.
If you can get similar products elsewhere... what are you waiting for and trolling here go and buy it. We’ve all agreed to pay a fair price for a gadget that has been custom made to our requirements.
PSP and PSP Go have no real resale value as they’re everywhere. the rarity of a product also helps resale... not that anyone would sell their hard earned (waiting) Pandora
net books are great but still too big, umid 1 and the next gen of that product along with the sharp netwalker comes close to the Pandora’s size but not in price...
iphone comes with a hefty price and contract.
psp may be good value but that’s because Sony has chucked a lot of money at it... its still a failing console compared to the DS and isn’t open without having to jump trough hoops with replacing batteries and changing firmware... dodgy.
100/150 is totally unrealistic at this point due to development costs. I wouldn’t expect that price unless Pandora had a defiant sale amount of around 100,000 products. The user base is a lot smaller its ridiculous thinking the Pandora can contend with the big guys at this very early stage. The worse thing they can do is sell at a loss and go bankrupt quickly as the Gizmondo found out!
It’s quite clear you missed the point of the Pandora.
All good products start as cult items... look at the GP32 and some cult movies.
