Favourite Snes Games........

I haven't seen anyone put down LOZ: Link to the past  , it's a classic + you can play it in a proper resolution on the gp32 instead of the GBA version :D

and one of the "lesser-knowns" (not too many peeps I know that played) even though it's covered in the Square bit, Front Mission
That's the one with the mechs, right?

Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts
Smash TV (controls aren't quite right on the GP32, but I still love it...)
Zombies Ate My Neighbors

plus many of those mentioned above...

Too many to name...here are a few:
Final Fantasy IV (My first snes RPG.)
Final Fantasy VI (The best FF ever)
Super Mario RPG (A classic, I was amazed by the graphics)
Super Smash TV (Big Money! Big Prizes! I love it!)
Super Bomberman (The first bomberman game I played and I fell in love with it)
Zombies Ate My Neighbors (A really hard game to beat in one sitting...)

Does two generations ago really count as retrogaming? A lot of the games mentioned here have the 4th or 5th sequel ring to their name (I'm nt disputing the fact that they are good games). They aren't revolutions in gaming, they are evolutions, and then the Playstation comes along and just evolves the presentation of these exact same games again.

Surely retrogaming is going back to the roots of games thus making "retrogaming" on SquareRPG 6 null and void.

Yes, it does count because that was before PlayStation entered the market and drew in the idiots ( aka americans ).

Anyway, my fave games are:

Super Metroid
Super Mario World
[/generic faves]

Demon's Crest - Capcom hits the spot with this action/adventure. The levels are huge and detailed, and it has serious replay value.

Megaman X - I think you know what this is.

Earthworm Jim - #1 rocked. Although the ending was anticlimactic, and weird.

Gradius 3 ( absolute favorite ) - King of space shooters. I wish I had the arcade version.
