The interesting side of web-based videos.

"The World's Greatest Computer Games 1984" (Vol.1 - of a total of 1!)

Chris Tarrant presents 8 bit games of the day on Spectrum, Oric, C64 et al.

The ads at the start are a highlight, Tom Baker flogging Anirog games "with high quality resolution graphics" (sic) and disembodied hands claiming quickshot joysticks stick to carpet - and can "Fire and control AT THE SAME TIME!". Revolutionary.

I didn't post it on youtube, but it came from the copy of my own VHS that I uploaded to World of Spectrum - if you want to grab a copy to keep, it 's on WoS here:

1. engaging or exciting and holding the attention or curiosity: an interesting book.

Am I the only one that finds the topic title to be a little... well, not always right? I mean, I see some videos that look like they can fall under "interesting", but... Fresh Prince jokes? Nyan cat on a Saturn Neo Geo? Someone playing a Mega Man composition on a piano? Cool videos, sure (well, I'm not so sure about the Fresh Prince ones), but not things that would hold my curiosity.

Maybe I'm just not interested easily enough to relate to you all. See, for me to be interested, it needs to be... well, let me just show you an interesting video:

Now THAT's an interesting video! ^_^
