A full featured Anki port would be great

Get VLC and the mandatory emulators installed and try out some games. If it lands before christmas or at least within the holidays, the first actual use of it will happen on the six-hour busride back to school, playing Zelda ALttP, FFVIII, or some japanese RPG. Maybe even Pokemon Gold....

what a bunch of liars. You all know the first thing you'll do.
Porn. :p

PS1-Policenauts(english translation), hopefully I will be able to disc swap after disc 1 ends?
SNES-Starfox(Hopefully running 100% at launch)
Picodrive-Snatcher(On pandy's huge screen:HEAVEN)

Jumpman

Mmm... load up the NES, SNES, and GBA emus first and go for some old school gaming.
Then maybe some Sega Master system and Genesis emus and roms.
After that play around with Dreamcast, N64, and PSX.
Watch movies, surf the web. See about installing FBreader for epub goodness and Comix for my 400+GB of .cbr's.
Also see about Gentoo and Maybe a Mer port!
oh, yeah.... then comes the pr0n!

Probably Fuse and have a go at JetPac, Lunar Jetman and Fairlight. (That's my era).

Then maybe a bit of Galaga and Defender.

I'm dying to play these games on a handheld with a decent controller (My last handheld was a Sega Gamegear).

Hurry up Pandora. I'm beside myself with excitement!!

If there's a release of the Dreamcast emulator then I'll be trying out Daytona.

Otherwise I'll probably do what I do with every handheld when I first get it; play the first few Levels of Sonic, Sonic 2 and have a few raced on Road Rash! :p

After that I'll set up my 'Amiga'

What versions of road rash are your gonna get? 3DO was my favorite ever!

Is that dreamcast emulator gonna make it?
Thats because the 3DO one is the best ever!!! Graphically at least. I love the 3DO! AD&D Slayer was only on 3DO that I know of and thats why I have mine.

Build the latest version of mplayer, install mpd, get Spyro running on the psx emulator, install OpenArena, get on the forums and post in the 100+ page "I just got my pandora!" thread, etc...

I'll also be writing a shell script to convert all my movies to 480p on my PC.

I will be ripping all my ps1 games (compressing some) and hopefully the ps1 emulator is sound. Then importing ALL my music then some movies then GBA emulator then SNES (MARIO!! XD) then give dreamcast a try, fiddle with desktop and other customizable settings, install Ubuntu brick complain put it in my cupboard for a year pick up my psp break that then year l8r unbrick Pandora and think to myself

I LOVE THIS THING XD

1. Connect it to my home wifi so I can surf the web with Firefox.
2. Load a 32GB SDHC card with music & photos. See if I can get a decent player to run.
3. DOSBox so I can play XCOM and Master of Magic.
4. Try to find good PIM software - may be the most challenging.
5. See what I can find on the app store and go from there.

I don't expect to see mine until some time in January. So I'll be expecting lots of posts/pics/howto posts from the rest of you before then.

1. Amiga - Stunt Car Racer, It Came from the Desert, all the Lotus games, oooh and Turrican, then maybe Shadow of the Beast. The absolute MUST has to be....Alien Breed(s)!

Phew, far too many good games. Damn you've got me excited! :p

2. Everything Else!
