Yeah, this is probably silly, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Is there a way to decipher your number in line from the unique reference number received when purchasing from gbax.com? Or maybe some other way?

When did we settle there was such a thing as a unique reference number?

lol. I can't believe people are now obssessing about where they are in the queue. It's not like they're going to walk each Pandora down to the post office one at a time after testing.

Come to think of it though, I could camp outside my mailbox... I'm off to set up a blog.

Well, there is a unique order number that all those who sucesfully pre-ordered should have recieved in an e-mail. The one you're supposed to use in any contact with the pandora sales team (and in fact the one that I used to update my delivery address).

It's funny, it shouldn't really matter and probably won't make any difference as to how quickly we’ll get our unit, but my place in line is something I'd like to know too.
Just purely out of curiosity to see how many people got in in front of me during the purchase frenzy.

I look at it this way, if I'm dead last in line, which I shouldn't be, I'll still get mine in late Nov/early Dec when I originally expected to. Everything else is a pleasant surprise. I would love to get an email telling me when it shipped, then I could foam at the mouth for the few days it takes to get here.

guys, who cares what your number is, these aren't going to come with a limited edition certificate or anything.

they are all likely to ship more or less at the same time.

let's hope the shipments won't depart from United Kingdom.. don't know why but any deliver from UK to IT takes at least one month and a half.. It's a well known issue in ebay 4 instance and personally tested on my skin 3 times with ridiculous small packages (many british sellers specify they deliver everywhere in the wold xcept for Italy). Pandoras will leave from germany isn't it?

As far as I've been able to make out, the Pandoras will be shipped via the various distributors. So if you ordered from the German shop, it'll ship from Germany.

Even if you know your exact place in line, it won't make your Pandora arrive even 1 second sooner. ;)

Yes, there is

Take you age, and divide by 3 (two if you like clowns) and multiply that by the ceiling of the average number of orangutans that will fit in a standard phone booth. Next, subtract the number of widgets in a whosit, and divide all of that by 0.

You probably made the same mistake I did then: doing the calculations using imperial orangutans. If you use metric orangutans, you'll get a much more sensible result.

No matter which kind of orangutans I insert, my calculator only gives me error messages. Now wouldn't that mean that ordering my Pandora never actually happened? Anyone else getting the same results?? If yes, we might be close to uncovering some kind of great conspiracy here. Probably someone hacked our brains. Or an illusion spell has been casted on us by some evil WIZard...

Well I ordered about 20 minutes into the pre-order and if I look at my order number, I think I have a pretty good idea where I am.

Hopefully the first batch Craig and Co get from China is like 1000 units.

I ordered (pre-ordered?) mine exactly 4 days ago.
Feels like weeks, already.
This is going to be a long however-long-it-takes time.
Seconds seem like minutes, minutes seem like hours, etc...
