Don't know.. I haven't seen any downsides to it.. maybe it breaks something I didn't think of, but I've had it set like that for a while now.Why is this not default?Okay finally found what solution I used.. it was on the old GP2X site:

Sure the functions don't comply with the colors associated with the button, but what uses shift-Delete as a combination? The only thing I can think of is Thunar, but by default it does the shift-delete function to ensure trash doesn't get sent to the recycling bin. It's incompatible with the keymat for one thing - it assigns what the keymat lists as "insert" to delete.
Doing it this way also means you can't use Shift-Delete as a combination.

Oh I agree.. I'm not even sure I want this as the default, I'm just sharing a solution for those that need it.FWIW it's up to ED if he wants such keymat-incompatible change.
That should be pinned somewhere I think.Oh I agree.. I'm not even sure I want this as the default, I'm just sharing a solution for those that need it.FWIW it's up to ED if he wants such keymat-incompatible change.
