Your Most Wanted Ported Game On Pandora?

Isn't LEGO StarWars I & II on NDS? Can't Pandora Emulate NDS? Hooray! Cross it off!
Only in potentia - someone first has to code that emu, and code it fntabulously well in order to get good speed. Hopefully someone will, but there's no way to be certain, and it definitely won't be a first month release, I'd say...

True Combat: Elite would be my preferred shot'em up port...

Based on the Enemy Territory game (based on Castle Wolfenstein).

But what the heck, I know I enjoy it a lot more on my PC, using my mouse at 1680x1050.

Sadly ET isn't open-source, which hinders the development of TrueCombat a lot and makes a port impossible.

A port of NavySeals: Covert Operations would be possible though:

However they currently need help actually finishing the standalone version:

And True Combat is IMHO quite a bit better :(

Hi, Great topic! HAD to come out of hiding for this one!

Adventures:
Um.. Any Quest for Glory would be Amazing. Especially ( ...though not feasably?) QfG4: Shadows of Darkness. <--My top choice
If I could play all 5 Quest for Glorys on Pandora I would die happy. XD

King's Quest Remakes?

and oooh ooooh oooh! Grim Fandango would be awesome! It seemed to have been born for port to playstation ...but never quite made it.

Platform:
Hocus Pocus, Jazz Jackrabbit

Holy necropost, Batman!

Alright, since I don't think any of those are open source, they can't be ported. However, most of them were either apparently for dos or have a dos version and thus should run under dosbox, with the exception of Grim Fandango and QfG 5, as well as possibly the King's quest games. I'm not familiar with the AGS engine the King's Quest games use, but apparently there is no longer a current dos version of that, so they may or may not run, I don't know. QfG 5 has a psx version, so that should run.

QfG 5, however, apparently has a psx version, so that should run as well. So they should all theoretically be playable on the Pandora except for Grim Fandango.
Grim Fandango used GrimE, successor to the Scumm engine. It's possible to create an interpreter, similar to ScummVM. This is partially done; see here. Grim Fandango is partially playable, but it still needs a lot of work.

There's the lovely Wormux as well.
Really looking forward to Wormux getting some AI; single player modes are usually more suitable for me.

That said, with Pandora's WiFi abilities, the netplay mode may just suffice :).
