The Humble Indie Bundle

The art assets of games like Lugaru, Penumbra and Aquaria will stay closed. This means you can only distribute the engine and related parts of the games. Something I already expected from the beginning.
Now that the source is available, someone who has paid for the game could port it to the Pandora, package up a PND including the assets, and ask the devs to make it available to their customers.
Unlike asking for them for a port, it involves very little work on their part, so they'll probably do it.

Well you could always just use the PC-Gamefiles on the Pandora with the ported source.

Just like its done in Linux for q3 or enemy teritorry. (or Duke Nukem on the gp2x :D ) That would require no developer involvement. Ofc a readily availible Pandora game would be the peak of awesome ;)

Wow, I would call that quite a success for them. And they just extended it for another week, so anyone that still wants to get in on it still can. And it seems that there are plans to open source Lugaru HD, Aquaria, Gish, and Penumbra. Obviously they are making it open source, as in the source, not necessarily the games themselves being free. But should be great to see if we can get all of those games working on the pandora! :)
Most of us bought the humble indie bundle, we have an official license for the content of those games :D
You'll just have to put the originals data packages from your paid game to the open source software, like it's done for doom, quake, hexen, ... open source engines.
Already mentioned before.
