Should I have received my final order eMail already?

Maybe here: https://shop.goldelico.com/wiki.php?page=Product&product=3031
But there are still to be solved issues with shipping within the EU (different sales tax per country and no really cheap shipments: placing goods in registered letter was forbidden a while ago).
Maybe ED could take remaining stock and do the forwarding.
And, if components are available (haven't checked), more can be built within 1-2 weeks.
EDIT: have checked - is difficult but doesn't look impossible at the moment.
I would like to think that once more people get their Pyra's, this will be a desired accessory.
Even if the utility of eSata is small for most, I think people would like to have the ability to use the port for its purpose at some point.

Hi. The Is my Pyra ready? page says that The order number is the nine-digit order reference (made up entirely of letters).
But my gift voucher code of 330euros has another format.

I don't know what that is. According to my records the pre-preorder deposit resulted in a 290EUR voucher, which got turned into a 400EUR voucher when I paid for my preorder.

Thanks @levi . I placed an preorder and my gift voucher was recognized . So now i have a preorder 9letter id but still
Is my Pyra ready? site says:
Sorry, but either the order number you entered is not correct - or your Pyra is not yet ready to be shipped.
So i guess i cant see my queue number ?
Also @EvilDragon in the site the invoice downloaded contains just an error message.

My problem is that when i placed my initial order and i got the first gift voucher code i thougth that i'd be warned when it's my turn.
Unfortunately i dont kept the date but must have passed two years at least.
Today i realised after reading @levi response and reading that the order code is 9letters that i had to make another preorder (as i did today) in order to use my initial voucher to get a preorder id and a new voucher.

So what is my preorder date? The today date or the date of my initial preorder?

ps: reading a thread discussing pre-preorders , preorders and vouchers i think the possibility of confusion is not small. In my case for example i dont understand what would happen if i continued holding a voucher and not an order ID.

Your preorder date is when you made the preorder. Now if you actually had a pre-preorder and that 330EUR figure is the original 290EUR figure but with added inflation or something, you should be in the first 200 so basically ready already. On the other hand if all you had was a shop voucher and you converted that into a preorder, your preorder data will be today.

The only thing i remember is that i choosed a certain model and that back then i was paying money for pyra , not that i was buying a 'voucher'.
So i think i'd be fair the first date to be the preorder date.

Quick update:
I fully recovered from Covid-19 now (I recovered quite fast - except that my sleep time increased from 5 - 6 hours to 9 - 10 hours, but that's now back to normal as well).

I also hired two more guys who help with the assembly of other items in the shop (Retrodes, SNES / MD games, etc.) so I finally have a lot more time again to work on everything else including Pyras in the shop.

The room is now finally fully setup (all shelves are setup and parts are sorted), so I wil continue Pyra assembly. These are still the remaining old cases, but I'd love to move on as fast as possible.

I'm also testing part of the new cooling ideas that popped up at the boards here as some can be included easily and might improve things a bit.

I'll let you know :)

One is left wondering what's more normal, 5-6 hours or 9-10 hours... I'd say normal is 7-8 hours.
But glad you're well again.

Glad you’re feeling better!! Please no fans though! Always the first thing that fails from my experience :(
